The method comprises the following steps: generating and counting solid test dust having the peak particle size in the range of 20-40nm by a first set of dust generation device; generating and counting solid test dust having the peak particle size in the rangeof 100-150nm by a second set of dust generation device; enabling the solid test dust generated by the first set of dust generation device and the second set of dust generation device and a path of dry clean air source to simultaneously enter a mixed neutralization tube, and enabling the solid test dust to be fully mixed and in contact with positive and negative electro-ions generated by an ionized ion generation apparatus arranged in the mixed neutralization tube, so that the solid test dust is wholly in an electric neutrality state; conducting away excessive charge generated by the ionized ion generation apparatus b
