The method comprises the following steps: generating a recognition detecting signal, wherein the recognition detecting signal is used for triggering the wearable equipment to conduct wearing recognition; transmitting a recognition light signal towards outside of the wearable equipment in accordance with the recognition detecting signal; conducting photovoltaic conversion on the received reflected light signal, so that a recognition electric signal is obtained;and judging whether the wearable equipment is worn or not in accordance with the recognition electric signal. A technical problem that existing wearable equipment cannot judge whether it is worn or not can be solved; and in accordance with information that the wearable equipment is worn or not, sign data acquisition is not implemented when the wearable equipment is not worn, so that endurance duration of the wearable equ
