The cooking method comprises the following steps of putting meat food materials and seasonings to a pressure container together, firstly, heating the pressure container to enable water in the meat food materials and the seasonings to be extracted, continuing performing heating to enable oil in the meat food materials to be extracted,and then performing braising and frying to generate fragrance on the meat food materials and the seasonings through steam and the oil in the pressure container, until the meat food materials and theseasonings achieve the required cooked degree.
