Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a composition for glass polishing, which is suitable for polishing the surface of a flat panel display glass substrate. The composition is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 5 to 30 percent of silicon carbide powder, 0.1 to 2 percent of silicon dioxide sol, 1 to 5 percent of silicon carbide-silicon dioxide bridging agent, 0.1 to 2 percent of surface protective film forming agent, 0.05 to 0.1 percent of dispersing agent and the balance of deionized water. The composition has the advantages that the glass polishing speed can be obviously increased under a low pressure, and a glass surface with lower roughness can be obtained.
