Resveratrol-carboxylalkyl cyclodextrin derivative and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a resveratrol-carboxylalkyl cyclodextrin derivative and a preparation method thereof. Resveratrol, carboxylalkyl-cyclodextrin, oxalyl chloride and sodium hydroxide are used asraw materials, and N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) is used as a solvent as well as a catalyst. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, dissolving carboxylalkyl-cyclodextrin in a proper amount of DMF, and generating carboxylalkyl-cyclodextrin acyl chloride under the action of oxalyl chloride; secondly, adding resveratrol and sodium hydroxide into the product, reacting for 24 hours to generate the resveratrol-carboxylalkyl cyclodextrin derivative, and precipitating the crude product with acetone; lastly, making the crude product pass through a C-18 reversed phase column (methanol: water) to obtain a pure resveratrol-carboxylalkyl cyclodextrin derivative.
