The remote medical monitoring method comprises steps of receiving human vital sign data monitored and transmitted by a medical monitoring terminal; comparing the human vital sign data and preset human ecological characteristic data, and judging whether abnormal data exists in the human vital sign data according to a comparison result; and if the abnormal data exists, feeding abnormal abnormality information fed back to a target medical institution and/or the medicalmonitoring terminal for processing.
