Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a high electromagnetic pulse effect vulnerability assessment method. The method comprises the steps of inputting an electromagnetic pulse to a to-be-assessed test object, and measuring a test object of the input electromagnetic pulse to obtain a physical quantity affecting an electromagnetic pulse effect; inputting the physical quantity into a pre-built logistic model, andoutputting a probability of generating the electromagnetic pulse effect by the test object; and performing vulnerability assessment on the electromagnetic pulse effect of the test object according tothe output probability. The invention furthermore discloses a high electromagnetic pulse effect vulnerability assessment apparatus.
