The special speed reducer for the rotating table comprises a machine case, a motor, a power input shaft, an intermediate shaft and an output shaft; the machine case is provided with an oil injecting hole; the upper end of the machine case is provided with a cover plate; aself-lubricating cavity is formed between the cover plate and the machine case; the machine case is correspondingly provided with an oil outflow channel communicating with the self-lubricating cavity; the power input shaft and/or a first bevel gear are/is provided with an oil throwing blade; the oil throwing blade is used for throwing out carried lubricating oil under the rotating effect of the power input shaft; and at least part of the thrown out lubricating oil enters the self-lubricating cavity through the oil outflow channel. During motor driving, the oil throwing blade rotates along with rotation of the power i
