The mechanism is structurlly comprises an input rail, a first sensor is arranged at the end partof the input rail, a first notch is formed in one side of the end part of the input rail, a first push plate is arranged at the first notch, the first push plate is connected with a first push cylinder, and the other side of the end part of the input rail is connected with one end of a vertical rail; a rotating disc is arranged at the other end of the vertical rail, a needle installing device is arranged above the rotating disc, arc-shaped cards are arranged on the two sides of the rotating disc, and the diameters of the inner connecting circles of the two arc-shaped clamping cards are in interference fit with the outer diameter of the plane bearing; an arc-shaped push plate is arranged on the rear side of the rotating disc, the arc-shaped push plate is connected with a second push cylinder, a second sensor is arr
