Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a simulative air cylinder cover which is used when cylinder holes of a cylinder sleeve free engine is subjected to honing. The simulative air cylinder cover comprises a simulative air cylinder cover body, and the simulative air cylinder cover body is provided with a plurality of cutter feeding and discharging holes and a plurality of air cylinder cover bolt holes; fixed bolts sequentially penetrate through the air cylinder cover bolt holes and an air cylinder gasket and are tightened to an air cylinder body, and accordingly, the simulative air cylinder cover body is fixedly connected with the air cylinder gasket and the air cylinder body; the air cylinder gasket is provided with a plurality of unthreaded holes corresponding to the multiple cutter feeding and discharging holes which are formed in the simulative air cylinder cover body; and the multiple cutter feeding and discharging holes and the multiple unthreaded holes are used for allowing honing heads to goinside and outside, and a
