The steam supplying system comprises a boiler and further comprises a main steam valve, the turbogenerator set, a double-pressure condenser and a pump unit; the boiler is sequentially and circularly connected with the main steam valve, the turbogenerator set, a steam inlet in the low-pressureside of the double-pressure condenser and the pump unit, and thus a closed-loop working loop is constituted; a branch circuit is connected to a pipeline between the boiler and the main steam valve and sequentially provided with a pressure reducing valve, a restriction orifice and a desuperheater; the tail end of the branch circuit is connected with a steam inlet in the high-pressure side of the double-pressure condenser; and an outlet in the high-pressure side of the double-pressure condenser is connected with the pump unit.
