Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a lubricant additive with high wear resistance. Raw materials of the additive comprise grease containing monounsaturated fatty acids or polyunsaturated fatty acids, derivatives of the grease, as well as alkali liquor, elemental sulfur and salts, wherein the elemental sulfur accounts for 0.01%-10% by mass of the grease or the derivatives thereof, and preferably 5%-7%. The lubricant additive with high wear resistance is prepared from the grease or the derivatives thereof treated by the alkali liquor through a reaction with elemental sulfur by adopting the salts as a catalyst. With adoption of a heating and vulcanizing method, operation is simple and feasible, repetition rate is high, damage to a worker by poisonous and harmful chemical reagents can be reduced, and the method is suitable for large-scale industrialized production and is high in practicability.
