Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a microwave-assisted method for preparing glass fiber reinforced PC/ABS alloy low in volatility. The method comprises the following steps that raw materials are prepared and include, by weight, 5-90 parts of polycarbonate resin, 5-90 parts of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin, 1-40 parts of glass fiber, 1-20 parts of compatilizer, 0-20 parts of filler and 0.2-10 parts ofassistant. The polycarbonate resin, the acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin, the glass fiber, the compatilizer, the filler and the assistant are mixed to obtain a mixed material; the mixed materialand glass fiber are fed into an extrusion machine, and fusion, extrusion and granulation are performed under the condition of microwave heating. Microwaves are introduced in PC/ABS alloy preparation,it can be ensured that heat permeates into the preparation raw materials, excessive reaction caused by local overheating is avoided, and volatile small organic molecules are decreased.
