Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a zirconia-corundum refractory brick and a preparation method thereof and belongs to the technical field of refractory materials. The zirconia-corundum refractory brick comprises, by weight, 28.0-36.0% of ZrO2, 10.5-15.0% of SiO2, 0.72-1.05% of Na2O+K2O, 2.2-6.0% of Nb2O5, and the balanced being Al2O3 and unavoidable impurities, wherein weight ratio of SiO2/(Na2O+K2O) is 10-15. By introducing a proper amount of Nb2O5 to the system of the zirconia-corundum refractory brick and controlling the ratio of Na2O and K2O, apparent porosity is reduced and distribution uniformity is improved, thereby significantly improving the high temperature resistance and anti-molten glass erosion capability of the zirconia-corundum refractory brick. The product is suitable for parts, such as liquid level line, furnace ridges, flow path mouths, electrode bricks and the like, which are seriously eroded in a glass kiln.
