Surface treatment process for plastic thin shell

The invention provides a surface treatment process for a plastic thin shell. The surface treatment process comprises the following steps of (1) baking the blank base of the plastic thin shell; (2) treating the plastic thin shell by using a treating agent; (3) spraying UV priming paint; (4) carrying out electroplating; (5) spraying protective paint; and (6) spraying finish paint, specifically, thetreatment of the treating agent in the step (2) comprises a step of spraying UV paint to the plastic thin shell at the temperature of 20-40 DEG C; the thickness of the UV priming paint sprayed in thestep (3) is 15-30 microns; the vapor deposition material for electroplating in the step (4) is indium; the thickness of the protective paint sprayed in the step (5) is 3-10 microns; and the thicknessof the finish paint sprayed in the step (6) is 10-30 microns. The plastic thin shell treated by the method provided by the invention is bright and clean in surface; the hardness reaches 5H of a penciltest; the wear resistance t
