Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a preparation method of a burn cream, in particular to a preparation method of a burn cream taking hyaluronic acid/graphene oxide nano-composite hydrogel as a carrier. The method comprises firstly preparing tyramine grafted hyaluronic acid, dissolving the tyramine grafted hyaluronic acid in a PBS solution of graphene oxide, forming a mixed solution, adding horse radish peroxidase (HRP) and H2O2, rapidly stirring, and allowing standing still for a reaction for 30-60 minutes at the temperature of 20-40 DEG C, thereby obtaining the hyaluronic acid/graphene oxide nano-composite hydrogel. The composite hydrogel is blended with badger fat, Chinese angelica, angelica dahurica, lithospermum, sangusis draconis, liquorice, cortex phellodendri, coptis chinensis, radix scutellariae and borneol according to a stirring method to form the cream, the cream is a cream drug for exterior application, takes hyaluronic acid/graphene oxide and an antibacterial anti-cicatricial repairing drug as the basis, |
