The patch comprises a heart sound detection sensor, an ECG (electrocardiogram) sensor and a first PPG (program pulse generator) sensor which are used for detecting heart sound signals, ECG signals and first pulse oximeter signals. The receiving terminal receives the heart sound signals, the ECG signals and the first pulse oximeter signals wirelessly transmitted by the patch and is provided with a second PPG sensor and a processor, wherein the second PPG sensor is used for sensing second pulse oximeter signals, and the processor processes the signals to obtain coronary heart disease risk degree indexes.
