The method includes the following operating steps that 1, seeds are sunned; 2, peanut seed pods are manually peeled to obtain seeds, and the seeds are placed into a nutrient solution for soaking; 3, a film mulching ridge culture means is adopted, the seeds are sowed in planting holes, one seed is placed in each hole, substrates are added in the planting holes, and then the planting holes are covered with the mulching films; 4, during the period from mulching to seedling emergence, when the films break or the planting holes are not covered tightly by the films, soil is timely used for re-pressing the film and sealing the planting holes, when seedlings break through the films from soil and true leaves start to come out, the soil on the films are removed so as to make seed leaves completely exposed to the surfaces of the films, if there are empty holes, seeds need to be added into the holes at once, before flowering, tillage and weeding
