Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to an electrostatic-resistant high-strength insertion-type silicon steel sheet and a manufacturing method thereof. The electrostatic-resistant high-strength insertion-type silicon steel comprises multiple mutually inserted silicon steel sheet units, the silicon steel sheet units are inserted through irregular holes and irregular shafts (13) and is punched to form a silicon steel sheet with thickness of 0.25-0.38mm after the pin locking; the silicon steel sheet contains the silicon dioxide particles with average particle size of 0.2-0.5 micron and percentage of 2.5-4.6wt%,aluminum oxide particles with average particle size of 0.2-0.5 micron and percent of 1.6-2.3wt%, and the titanium carbide particle with average particle size of 0.005-0.1 micron and percent of 1.2-1.5wt%. The invention further comprises a method for manufacturing the silicon steel sheet. The connecting strength of the silicon steel sheet units is improved by punching after the irregular hole andpin insertion, and the ele
