Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a NIPT (Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing) GC content calibration method and device and a computer readable storage medium. The method comprises the steps of: calculating GC content of a to-be-tested sample; according to the GC content of the to-be-tested sample, selecting a sample of which a difference from the to-be-tested sample in GC content is within a preset range from apreset reference library, and constructing a new reference library; and according to the new reference library, carrying out intra-sample GC content calibration and Z value calculation on the to-be-tested sample.
