Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a diffraction method of nearphysiological-state biomacromolecular crystal for solving the technical problem of poor real-time performance of the existing diffraction method ofthe biomacromolecular crystal. The diffraction method comprises the following steps: utilizing a thin-film sandwich device to grow crystal, after completion of crystal growth, utilizing a vortex tubesystem to control the diffraction ambient temperature under the room-temperature condition and carrying out in-situ diffraction on the crystal. The diffraction method disclosed by the invention has the beneficial effects that nearphysiological-state diffraction of protein crystal is realized, and the optimum resolution in the range of minus 5 DEG C to 20 DEG C is obtained; since diffraction is carried out under the room-temperature condition, the cost is greatly saved; in addition, under the current light-source condition, the fast collection of room-temperature data is realized; compared withthe weak-diffraction light |
