Major QTL site related to pod length trait of Brassica napus, SNP molecular markers and application
The invention provides a major QTL site related to the pod length trait of Brassica napus. The major QTL site is positioned between a 27633011st base and a 28268829th base of an A09 chromosome of theBrassica napus. Preferably, the major QTL site has the contribution rate to the pod length trait of t...

Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a major QTL site related to the pod length trait of Brassica napus. The major QTL site is positioned between a 27633011st base and a 28268829th base of an A09 chromosome of theBrassica napus. Preferably, the major QTL site has the contribution rate to the pod length trait of the Brassica napus of 53.49%. The major QTL site is closely linked to a first SNP molecular marker, the first SNP molecular marker is positioned at the 27633011st base and is A or G, and such mutation leads to polymorphism. The major QTL site is closely linked to a second SNP molecular marker, the second SNP molecular marker is positioned at the 28268829th base and is A or C, and such mutation leads to polymorphism. The major QTL site is closely linked to a peak SNP molecular marker, the peak SNP molecular marker is positioned at a 28132534th base and is T or A, and such mutation leads to polymorphism. The invention further provides the related SNP molecular markers and the application thereof. The major QTL site rel |
