Zusammenfassung:The invention provides zinc oxide-based particle ink which comprises zinc oxide-based nano particles, a first solvent, a second solvent, a third solvent and a fourth solvent. The zinc-oxide-based nanoparticles are provided with ligands. The ligands are dialcohol, C2-C4 hydramine or C1-C4 hydramine; the first solvent is alcohol ether and/or saturated monohydric alcohol, the boiling point of whichis 160-250 DEG C; the second solvent is dialcohol; the third solvent is saturated monohydric alcohol, the boiling point of which is 70-155 DEG C; the fourth solvent is fluorocarbon alcohol; the content of the first solvent is 40-60wt%, the content of the second solvent is 1-10wt%, the content of the third solvent is 10-30wt% and the content of the fourth solvent is 5-30wt%.
