Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an anti-fog treatment method for organic glass. Large-particle-size silica particles are produced on the surface of the organic glass in situ, and small-particle-size silica particles are attached again, so that the roughness degree of the surface of the organic glass is increased, gaps are formed between the two kinds of silica particles of different particle sizes, waterdrops are facilitated to spread on the surface, and the anti-fog effect of the organic glass is greatly improved. Meanwhile, the light transmittance of the organic glass is not influenced, and the anti-fog life is long.
本发明公开了种有机玻璃的防雾处理方法,通过在有机玻璃表面原位生成大粒径的二氧化硅粒子,同时再次附着小粒径的二氧化硅粒子,增大了有机玻璃表面的粗糙程度,两种不同粒径的二氧化硅颗粒之间形成缝隙,有利于水滴在其表面的铺展,大大提升了有机玻璃的防雾效果,同时不影响有机玻璃透光度,防雾寿命长。 |
