Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an environment-friendly N-tertiary butyl-2-benzothiazolsulfone amide (NS) synthesizing technology which comprises the steps: (1) preparing dibenzothiazyl disulfide MBTS (DM); (2) preparing N-tertiary butyl-2-benzothiazolsulfone amide (TBBS or NS). The environment-friendly N-tertiary butyl-2-benzothiazolsulfone amide (NS) synthesizing technology disclosed by the invention has the advantages that hydrogen peroxide without pollution to the environment is utilized as an oxidizing agent; methylbenzene and water are immiscible and are easy to separate; tert-butylamine in a water phase can be extracted by the methylbenzene, and a tert-butylamine recovery rate is improved; a purity of NS can be as high as 99% or more, and a whole yield can be as high as 97% or more.
