Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides an engineering repair material with low shrink and high ductility and a preparation method of the engineering repair material. The engineering repair material is prepared from acertain ratio of cement, sand and fly ash as cementing matrixes by stirring with water, reinforcing fibers and an admixture. Cohesiveness, liquidity and compactness of the material can be improved bydoping a proper amount of fly ash, consumption of water and cement is reduced, hydration heat emission of the fly ash is small, so that hydration heat emission is reduced, and temperature cracks in arepair and forming process of the material are reduced obviously. Tensile strength of the material is improved effectively by doping the reinforcing fibers, in an early hardening stage of the material, due to the cracking arresting action of the disordered fibers, generation and development of material internal cracks caused by volume shrinkage can be controlled remarkably, dry shrink deformationis reduced, and the repair |
