Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a cap forming structure and method. The cap forming structure comprises a rack, a paper bin, a paper sucking mechanism, a paper taking mechanism, an alignment mechanism, a paper-sucking lifting and removing mechanism, a double-stroke lifting mechanism and a paper folding mechanism; the double-stroke lifting mechanism, the alignment mechanism, the paper folding mechanism andthe paper-sucking lifting and removing mechanism are sequentially arranged on the rack from bottom to top; the paper bin is arranged on one side of the rack, and the paper sucking mechanism is arranged on the rack in a mode of corresponding to the position over the paper bin; and the paper taking mechanism is arranged on the rack in a mode of corresponding to the position between the paper sucking mechanism and the double-stroke lifting mechanism and can take paper materials on the paper sucking mechanism out and place the paper materials on the double-stroke lifting mechanism. According to the cap forming structure,
