A formula of the soy sauce comprises an cordyceps militaris water extract solution, a fermentation soy sauce and auxiliary materials, wherein the volume ratio of the cordyceps militaris water extract solution to the fermentation soy sauce is (0.5-2):(15-20); and also edible mushrooms can be added to the cordyceps militaris soy sauce. The cordyceps militaris soy sauce provided by the invention reduces the salt content of the soy sauce, avoids burden on the kidney functions due to high salinity and also improves the delicious taste of the soy sauce. 本发明提供种蛹虫草酱油，该酱油配方包括蛹虫草水提液、发酵抽油和辅料，其中，蛹虫草水提液和发酵抽油的体积比为(0.5～2)：(15～20)；所述蛹虫草酱油中还可以加入食用菌。本发明蛹虫草酱油既降低酱油的盐度，避免了高盐度对肾功能的负担，又提高了酱油的鲜美口味。
