The method comprises the steps that S1, after pure lag existing in a steam temperature object of the DSG groove type solar thermal collector is removed, a steam temperature object without the pure lag is obtained; S2, virtual control quantity is introduced, andactive-disturbance-rejection control is conducted on the steam temperature object without the pure lag; S2, a tracking differentiator is adopted to calculate the virtual control quantity, so that actual control quantity is obtained to control the steam temperature.
