Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a biocatalysis method for synthesizing resveratrol dimer through resveratrol. The biocatalysis method includes: utilizing laccase and Cu2+ to synthesize a flower-like biocatalyst with nanoscale pore diameter and micron-scale size, and catalytically synthesizing at certain temperature and in a condition of feeding air. The biocatalysis method specifically includes followingsteps: (1), utilizing anhydride to chemically modify laccase properly, and utilizing Cu2+ to immobilize modified laccase to obtain the flower-like nano biocatalyst; (2), using resveratrol as a substrate and the nanoflower biocatalyst as a catalyst, feeding air at certain temperature for catalytic reaction for a period of time, filtering, extracting, and performing rotary evaporation to obtain theresveratrol dimer. The resveratrol dimer is catalytically synthesized by utilizing the nanoflower biocatalyst.
