The modified carbon powder comprises common carbon powder and additives, wherein the common carbonpowder has a charge amount of from 38.8 mu C/g to 20.7 mu C/g. The additives comprise PMMA, alumina and titania. The particle diameter of the PMMA is 100 nm to 350 nm, the particle diameter of the alumina is 100 nm to 400 nm, and the particle diameter of the titanium dioxide is 200 nm to 500 nm. In terms of parts by weight, common carbon powder is needed for 89.7 to 99.5 parts, the PMMA is 0.2 to0.3 parts, the alumina is 0 to 0.5 parts, and the titanium oxide is 0.2 to 0.7 parts. The toner cartridge comprises a powder cavity internally used for containing carbon powder, and the modified carbon powder is contained in the powder cavity. The modified carbon powder of the invention overcomes the problem of printing black block and ghosting of common carbon powder, and good printing quality and stable printing quality
