A final stage of output shaft connected with the damper is provided with a heat insulation assembly composed of a pressing ring and a heat insulation ring; and heat transfer is blocked by the heat insulation assembly, so that the temperature of the damper is kept within the normal working range.A high-intensity material with the heat conduction coefficient being 0.3 W/m.DEG C and the heat resisting temperature being 450 DEG C is made into the heat insulation ring, and a high-intensity titanium alloy material with the low heat conduction coefficient is made into the pressing ring.
