Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of gene engineering and particularly discloses a nano-enzyme based on human ferritin and a preparation method of the nano-enzyme. The preparation method includes the steps of adopting the human ferritin as a fusion partner, placing a target enzyme at an N end for fusion expression, and inserting a connecting peptide between the target enzyme and the human ferritin. The preparation method can remarkably improve the catalytic activity of the target enzyme on a substrate and enable the target enzyme to achieve better resistance to the temperature and pH. The preparation method is not only applicable to fusion expression between the human ferritin and parathion-methyl hydrolytic enzymes and fusion expression between the human ferritin and escherichia coli alkaline phosphatases but also suitable for fusion expression between the human ferritin and other diversified enzymes. The method is used for perfecting the features of the target enzyme and has a high research value
