Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an olefin1,2-bifunctional reaction method. The method adopts a vinyl compound as shown in formula I, a N-substituent phthalimide compound as shown in formula II and amine as shown in formula III as raw materials to be stirred and react at a room temperature under the light luminescence in an inertial atmosphere in the presence of a light catalyst, a reaction aid and an organic solvent, thus obtaining a target product as shown in formula IV. The method is moderate in reaction condition and can be performed at the room temperature, and the light catalyst Ru(bpy)3Cl2 can be recycled in a filtering method.
