Zusammenfassung:Provided is a conductive paste which is used for the purpose of forming an electrode for electrical connection to a p-type semiconductor layer of a crystalline silicon solar cell, and which is able tofire through an anti-reflection film during firing and is capable of forming an electrode having a low contact resistance on a p-type semiconductor layer. A conductive paste for the formation of an electrode of a solar cell, which contains (A) a conductive powder, (B) an Al powder or Al compound powder having an average particle diameter of 0.5-3.5 [mu]m, (C) a glass frit and (D) an organic medium, and which contains 0.5-5 parts by weight of (B) the Al powder or Al compound powder per 100 parts by weight of (A) the conductive powder. 本发明提供种导电性糊剂,其是为了形成电极而使用的导电性糊剂,所述电极是为了与晶体系硅太阳能电池的p型半导体层导通而使用的,在烧成时,导电性糊剂能够烧穿防反射膜,能够形成对于p型半导体层的接触电阻低的电极。种导电性糊剂,其是用于形成太阳能电池的电极的导电性糊剂,导电性糊剂包含(A)导电性粉末、(B)平均粒径为0.5~3.5μm的Al粉末或Al化合物粉末、(C)玻璃料和(D)有机介质,相对于(A)导电性粉末100重量份,包含0.5~5重量份的(B)Al粉末或Al化合物粉末。
