The invention provides a virtual reality display apparatus, including at least one display module, an image sensor, and an adjustment mechanism. The display module includes a display and an optical assembly. The display is configured to provide an image beam to an eye of a user. The optical assembly is disposed on a transmission path of the image beam, and includes at least on Fresnel lens. The optical assembly has an optical center. The image sensor is configured to measure a decentering distance of the eye of the user with respect to the optical center. The adjustment mechanism is connectedto the display and the optical assembly and configured to adjust an included angle of the display with respect to the optical assembly.
