The invention discloses a petroleum leakage on-line monitoring device. The device comprises a monitoring hole, a water return floral tube arranged below the water level in the monitoring hole, a petroleum sensor connected to one end of the water return floral tube, a water injection pump connected to the other end of the water return floral tube, wherein the outlet water flow of the water injection pump faces to the sensing surface of the petroleum sensor, a positioner for fixing the water injection pump, and an acquisition recorder electrically connected to the petroleum sensor. The water injection pump conveys water near the water surface line to the sensing surface of the petroleum sensor, and then the water flows out of the water return floral tube and forms forced convection near thewater in the measurement area.
