The method comprises derivatization of amino metabolites and biological samples, quantitative detection and analysis of amino metabolites by UHPLC-MS/MS (ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry), detection and methodology validation of amino metabolites, and universal validation of biological samples. The method utilizes an aminoethylation methodto retain and improve the mass spectrometry ionization efficiency of the amino metabolite column and utilizes NaBH3CN/NaBD3CN as a pair of stable isotope labeling reagents to treat the analyte so thatthe precise isotope internal standard quantitative measurement is realized.
