The device is characterized in that the pneumatic tube (2) is a plastic pneumatic tube of which the length is larger than or equal to 5 m; a pressurization device is arranged at one end of the pneumatic tube, and the air blowing gun (7) is arranged atthe other end of the pneumatic tube; the tube wall of the pneumatic tube is sequentially provided with a valve (3), an exhaust valve (4), a pressure gauge (5), and a cut-off valve which are located between the pressurization device and the air blowing gun (7); and therefore, the device for detecting the weld joint of the reinforcing plate can be formed.
