The present invention relates to an aqueous polyurethane colloidal dispersion solution, and electrospinning fiber and a preparation method thereof. The aqueous polyurethane colloidal dispersion solution contains water and polyurethane micelles uniformly dispersed in the water, wherein (A) a polyether polyol or polyester polyol compound having an aliphatic or aromatic structure or a combination thereof, (B) a polyol compound having a hydrophilic group, and (C) a polyisocyanate having an aliphatic or aromatic structure or a combination thereof are subjected to a reaction in the presence of (D) acatalyst used under an appropriate condition to generate a prepolymer, and the prepolymer, water and/or (E) a neutralizing agent, (F) a chain extender and (G) a capping agent used under an appropriate condition are subjected to a reaction to form the aqueous polyurethane colloidal dispersion solution, wherein the hydrophilic group is a carboxylic acid group, a sulfonic acid group or a combinationthereof, and the weight r
