Copper and plastic co-extrusion device for conductive track bars

The invention discloses a copper and plastic co-extrusion device for conductive track bars. The device comprises a headpiece, a moulding plate, a forming plate and a shaping mould in sequence, whereinthe headpiece is provided with an extrusion cavity; the moulding plate is provided with a moulding cavity; the forming late is provided with a forming cavity; a first guiding tube, a second guiding tube and a third guiding tube, which are communicated in sequence, are respectively arranged in the extrusion cavity, the moulding cavity and the forming cavity; a guiding hole leading to the first guiding tube is formed in one side of the headpiece; a shaping cavity is formed in the shaping mould; a conductive bar passes through the guiding hole, the first guiding tube, the second guiding tube andthe third guiding tube in sequence; a track adhesive tape is extruded from the extrusion cavity, the moulding cavity and the forming cavity in sequence and coats the outer side of the conductive barat the outer side of the fo
