Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a copper rotor non-core-pulling die casting die, which makes it run smoothly in circular motion. The die comprises a movable die plate which is provided with an upper half block, a lower half block and a movable die insert block; a copper rotator iron core with false axis is placed in the middle of the upper half block and the lower half block; the upper half block and thelower half block are wedge structured and are connected with the movable die plate at the conical surface; trapezoidal chutes are designed at the connecting positions of the upper half block and the movable die plate and the lower half block and the movable die plate; an upper wedge block and a lower wedge block are respectively mounted in the trapezoidal chutes.
