Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a high current high frequency modulation laser constant power driving circuit and a control method thereof. A constant current control module comprises three integrated operational amplifiers and a first high frequency field effect transistor. The output end of the first integrated operational amplifier is electrically connected with the gate electrode of the first high frequency field effect transistor. The drain electrode of the first high frequency field effect transistor is connected in series with a semiconductor laser. The second integrated operational amplifier samples the first high frequency field effect transistor and inputs to the first integrated operational amplifier and the third integrated operational amplifier.
