Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for measuring and testing novel serum IgG anti-B titer. The method comprises following steps: (1) evenly mixing 0.1 mL of serum of an examinee and 0.1 mL of 2-Me (0.2M) in a test tube, sealing the opening of the test tube by a sealing film, and placing the test tube in an environment with a room temperature for 30 minutes to inactivate IgM; (2) test tube arrangement: arranging six test tubes in the second hole to the seventh hole of a test tube rack, wherein each test tube contains 50 [mu]L of normal saline; (3) adding 1.4 mL of normal saline into the inactivated test tube so as to dilute the serum according to a dilution degree of 1:16, and placing the test tube in the first hole of the test tube rack; (4) taking out 50 [mu]L of diluted serum from the first test tube in the first hole, adding the serum into the second test tube, evenly mixing to reach a dilution degree of 1:32; then taking out 50 [mu]L of diluted serum from the second test tube, adding the serum into the thi |
