The draught fan coil pipe self-adaptation energy saving control valve comprises a self-adaptation control circuit, a detection unit and a floating point valve executer. The self-adaptation control circuit is connected with a background center. The detection unit comprises an air supply temperature sensor and an air return temperature sensor which are connected with the input end of the self-adaptation control circuit. The floating point valve executer is connected with the output end of the control circuit.
