Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an application of UBE2S as a biomarker in prognosis evaluation of hepatocellular carcinoma and a kit containing the biomarker, and belongs to the technical field of molecular markers of hepatocellular carcinoma. Provided is the biomarker for prognosis evaluation of hepatocellular carcinoma, wherein the biomarker is UBE2S. The invention also discloses the application of theUBE2S as the biomarker in prognosis evaluation of hepatocellular carcinoma, the kit for prognosis evaluation of hepatocellular carcinoma and a method for prognosis evaluation of hepatocellular carcinoma with the kit. Through analysis of TCGA data and experimental verification of clinical samples, high expression of the UBE2S is found out to be remarkably negatively correlated with the total survival rate of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma, the high expression of the UBE2S clearly indicates poor survival prognosis, and the UBE2S is indicated to be used as the biomarker for prognosis evaluation of hepatocellular
