The invention discloses an industrial purification method of a recombinant avian influenza virus. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out pretreatment of freezing and thawing; carryingout precipitation, concentration and purification; carrying out continuous centrifugation by a disk centrifuge; and carrying out clarification filtration and ultrafiltration concentration. Due to theadoption of the above technical scheme, the method provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects: the use of a flocculating agent enables the recombinant avian influenza virus to be preliminarily concentrated 5-10 times by a gentle method of precipitation and purification; shearing force damages to the virus due to the use of a tube centrifuge are avoided; in the precipitation stage, a large amount of foreign proteins are removed to effectively increase the flux reduction of a filter element; a passivating agent is added in the ultrafiltration stage to increase the ultrafiltration concentration multipl
