The invention provides an installation support and a railway vehicle. Multiple supporting boards used for installing cables are arranged on the first side face of a support body in the width directionof a carriage, every two adjacent supporting boards are spaced at a certain distance in the height direction of the carriage, multiple connecting parts are arranged on the second side face and the bottom face of the support body in the width direction of the carriage, at least part of the multiple connecting parts are used for being connected with different parts, and therefore installation interfaces of different parts are integrated on the installation support.
