The thermal management system comprises a cold liquid circulation system, a hot liquid circulation system, a first temperature sensor, a second temperature sensor, a central processor and a heat sink on a battery, wherein the cold liquid circulation system, the hot liquid circulation system, the first temperature sensor and the second temperature sensor are connected with the central processor, the cold liquid circulation system comprises a first water pump controller, a first valve controller and a cold circulation pipeline,the hot liquid circulation system comprises a second water pump controller, a second valve controller and a hot circulation pipeline, the first water pump controller, the second water pump controller,the first valve controller and the second valve controller are connected with the central processor, and the heat sink is connected with the cold circulation pipeline and the hot circulation pipeline.
