The invention discloses an information acquisition method, which comprises the following steps that: when a target information acquisition request for any target item/ equipment is received, analyzingthe index, which is contained in the acquisition request, of equipment; determining a classification type to which the index belongs; in the classification type, searching each piece of data corresponding to the index in a preset index database associated with the index; and on the basis of an integration method corresponding to the index, carrying out integration on each piece of data to obtainthe target information of the target item/ equipment.
